Johann Heil has always loved to bake. All his life he worked as a baker since he was 15 years old. In 1987 he finished his education by working at night and going to school during the day and received his Masters Degree in Business. Johann never thought about opening a business; he just loves to bake. But, in the summer of 1992 he opened the doors to Johann's Bakery, baking the freshest, most delectable breads. And in early 2008 this expert baker opened his 100% dedicated gluten-free facility in Vista California, where he bakes 100% gluten-free breads with only the freshest ingredients ...and a sprinkling of love.
